What is the best server and agent monitoring of server metrics , app services ?

Like Which are the good open source tools to be combined to monitor the server metrics, application service metrics with GUI ?

Example,

  1. Prometheus+ Node Exporter + grafana
  2. Fluend + Promethus + grafana
  3. Telegraf + promethus + grafana

If it is containers I would suggest FluentD + Grafana ( or any Monitoring tools if you are already using), If it is edge devices then FluentBit with relevant monitoring tools.
