Solved: Virtualmin let's encrypt certificate generation failed

I am trying to generate let’s encrypt certificate using the inbuilt virtualmin functionality . But I get the below error

_acme-challenge.myfailingdomain - check that a DNS record exists for
this domain

Note: I don't have configured DNS in virtualmin server

I realised that if i give *.domain.com then it is always trying to validate the DNS . I have fixed the problem by explicitly mentioning the subdomains and generated .
